PRICES FOR ONE-WEEK LEASE IN EUROS VALID FOR 2010

(19.12.2009. - 23.12.2010.)

* The above prices refer a 7-day lease at least. In case of a shorter lease period, the additional 35% will be added. The change-day is Saturday, check in is at 05.00 p.m., check out is at 10.00 a.m.

Basic services (price inclusive):

• the chef, for preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch and supper throughout the day.The chef shall arrange everything with you in advance (one day in advance or the same day in the morning). He will also obtain the food and prepare the original and rich, but at the same time simple and healthy Mediterranean meals, Istrian specialties, international cuisine, meals from Far and Near East, fusion etc... The alimentary to be used for the preparation of meals are not included in the price, but you will only pay the market price in accordance with the bills or specification (in case of market purchase) which will be presented to you. Of course, the vegetables from our garden are free of charge.
• the host, for 6 hours of daily cleaning
• use of all facilities – open-air pool (12 x 6 m), indoor pool (7,5 x 4,5 m), sauna, fitness, 5 bikes etc.
• water, power, gas, regardless of the season
• Internet
• Bed linen- changed twice a week, if necessary more frequently
• daily towel change
• soaps, shampoos, bath salts and shower foams
• use of washing machine, drier and iron, and if necessary the services of laundry, drying and ironing
• sojourn tax
• daily cleaning, 6 hours per day
• final cleaning
• all taxes and fees

Additional services (charged separately):

• transportation from the airport and back (Trieste – Pula – Ljubljana – Venice – upon inquiry, local transportation – upon inquiry)
• phone, fax, according to actual consumption
